1. General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the uuubd platform ("uuubd", "we", "us") and any person who uses our website or services ("User", "you").

By accessing the uuubd website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. uuubd operates as a safe and reliable platform and fully complies with SSL encryption and fair play policies.

2. Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out below:

• Platform: The uuubd website (https://uuubd.cam) and all services provided on it.
• Account: A user's registered profile through which the platform's services are accessed.
• Wager / Bet: The amount of money set by the user to participate in a game or event.
• Bonus: Additional funds or benefits granted to a user under a promotional offer.
• Wagering Requirement: The mandatory amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• KYC: Know Your Customer — the process of verifying a user's identity.
• BST: Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use services on the uuubd platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be an adult with full legal capacity.
• Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• You must operate the account in your own name and for yourself — not on behalf of a third party.
• uuubd may request an ID card, passport, or other identity documents at any time for account verification.

uuubd reserves full discretionary authority to approve or reject any application. In the event of false information being provided, the account will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.

4. Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Please strictly follow the points below:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.
• Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity to our support team immediately.
• You will be responsible for any bets placed on your account by a third party.
• Always log out after using a public or shared computer.

uuubd uses strong SSL encryption to keep your personal and financial information secure. However, responsibility for your own protection remains with you.

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the uuubd platform:

• Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳500 minimum per method.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal request is processed. uuubd reserves the right to suspend any transaction in cases of suspicious financial activity. Deposited funds will only be returned to the payment method registered in the depositor's name.

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any costs arising from currency conversion will be the user's responsibility.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

uuubd offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply in all cases:

• Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. This bonus carries a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x).
• Bonus funds may only be used for placing bets on the platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirement.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person, the same household, the same IP address, or the same device is prohibited.
• uuubd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If uuubd suspects misuse of a bonus, it may cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

7. Gaming Rules

All games available on uuubd — including slots, live casino, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by the following general rules:

• Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which are displayed within the game.
• Funds wagered in a round cancelled due to a technical error will be refunded.
• Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the related bet will be voided and the funds will be returned.
• uuubd reserves the right to void any bet placed on the basis of incorrect information displayed due to a software error.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's identity.
• Bonus abuse, collusion, or using any form of fraudulent strategy.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of or for the use of persons under 21 years of age.

If uuubd identifies such activities, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited. The right to notify the relevant authorities is reserved if necessary.

9. Limitation of Liability

uuubd accepts no liability for the following:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues.
• Problems arising from errors in third-party software or services.
• Circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, government orders, or other Force Majeure events.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or security failures.

Under any circumstances, uuubd's liability will not extend beyond the actual funds held in the relevant user's account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on the uuubd platform — including logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of uuubd or its licensors.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any part of this property without written permission is strictly prohibited. Permission is granted only to access the platform for personal and non-commercial use.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

uuubd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• During an investigation into fraud or suspicious activity.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).
• At the user's own request.

Upon account closure, verified and legitimate funds will be returned to the user, however bonus or disputed funds will be subject to review. Users may also contact the support team at any time to close their account.

12. Changes to Terms

uuubd reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will display a notice on the platform or notify users at their registered email address.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are advised to check this page regularly.

13. Responsible Gaming
